For about a dozen or so years I had been 14lbs overweight and had been "yo-yo" dieting. Then, over the next six years, my weight went up to over 189lbs. Also, I was suffering from Rheumatism, hiatus hernia and swollen legs and ankles..... as well as depression.

Fortunately, at this point, I saw an advertisement for Herbalife and remembered having heard the name before. I called the number quoted and that was the beginning of a concerted attack on my weight problem. I did EXACTLY what I was supposed to do, and found it easier to follow this programme than any other I had tried.

Between February 19th and the first week in May, I lost 42lbs; bringing me down to the correct wheight for my 6ft. height. Helped by a superb "follow up", my spirits improved almost at once and the other problems have vanished ...... although I am 73 years old!

No longer do I fill my days with "tapestry and television", I have become a very active Herbalife Supervisor, with a number of distributors in the U.K. and in Tenerife ..... and also a wide circle of good friends.

Before being intoduced to Herbalife's Weight Management Programme, Mylie and Lori Douglas each weighed over 100 kgs. Less than twelve months later, both are 30 kgs slimmer and have a whole new outlook on life.

"When we were over 100 kgs, the only thing we were busy doing was eating! Now that we've lost more than 30 kgs each, we are busy with parties, dancing and dates.

One night, they were introduced to Herbalife by a friend who had recently lost a lot of weight. After a month on the Thermojetics programme, Lauretta and Dave had lost an astounding 28 pounds and 31 pounds respectively. They continued to lose weight steadily ever since with Dave dropping from 421 pounds to 261 pounds, and Lauretta from 304 pounds to 150 pounds!

Not only do they look and feel much better, but their life style has improved too, from being "couch potatoes" to exercising, socialising and..... having fun!

"In 1986 I emigrated from Ghana to Spain," says Nii Manko, President's Team. "I started working as a DJ and as a musician in a band. I really loved what I was doing, but in reality I wasn't earning much money," Nii says. "Because of my financial difficulties, I started to wonder if I had made the right decision in moving to Spain. I had a newborn baby and couldn't even afford to pay my rent."

When a friend told him about Herbalife and the incredible results people were getting on the products, Nii couldn't wait to get involved.

"I started doing the basics: using the products, wearing the button and talking to people. In my first month I earned £1500 - and that was just working part time," he says. " Hard work and total dedication helped me to qualify for the Global Expansion Team in only eight months."
